Development of clean label food formulation

WEDOTECH researches and develops food formulations, identifying clean label alternatives – simple, natural, understood by the consumer, vegan – for less clean ingredients (synthetic, allergenic, unclear, etc.) or of animal origin. Work can be conceptual and/or experimental at WEDOTECH’s or at the client/suppliers’ premises.

An example of this service was an Open Innovation challenge launched by Innocentive for the identification of vegetable proteins for meat analogue snacks. WEDOTECH’s proposal received an award (2017).
